Ms. Ayumi Nakamura wins poster award in 27th Fall Meeting of Ceramic Society of Japan held on Sept. 9-11th, 2014

Ms. Ayumi Nakamura won a poster award in the special session (Advanced Crystal Structural Analysis and Exploration of New Compounds – International Year of Crystallography – ) of the 27^th Fall Meeting of the Ceramic Society of Japan held on Sept. 9-11th, 2014.

Her thesis is‘Preparation and Crystal Structure of Novel Bismuthate Including Bi⁵⁺   by Hydrothermal Reaction.  She prepared a novel bismuth oxide with Bi⁵⁺ by hydrothermal reaction and analyzed its crystal structure by using synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction data.

She said “I am very honored that I was able to win such an award.  I appreciate Prof. Kumada and the members in his group.”
