Ms. Octavianti Naa wins award in oral presentation of 30th Kanto Area Symposium of Ceramic Society of Japan.

Ms. Octavianti Naa won an award in the oral presentation of the 30^th Kanto Area Symposium of the Ceramic Society of Japan held on Sept. 2-3rd, 2014.

Her thesis is‘PREPARATION AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF PYROCHLORE-TYPE NIOBATES AND TANTALATES WITH Sn²⁺.  She prepared new pyrochlore-type niobates and tantalates with Sn²⁺ and analyzed their crystal structures by using synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction data.

She said “I am very honored that I was able to win such an award.  I appreciate Prof. Kumada and the members in his group.”
