  As a PhD student, my memory of CCST, UY is like working and learning in a close knit-family where you enjoy a friendly environment with teachers and other fellow students as you study to achieve a degree. My time in Yamanashi gave me perfect platform to learn and expertise to become a crystal grower and helped me in my career to be successful in several challenging projects and establish myself as an expert in the field.

  “We studied at Center for Crystal Science and Technology (CCST) in University of Yamanashi as PhD students 20 years ago, and now we are working as Professor in China. Our research covered a wide area of nano/micro-materials for energy and environment. Valuable and wonderful experience at CCST is our life treasure.” Profs. Ranbo Yu and Wang Dan belong to University of Science and Technology Beijing, and Institute of Process Engineering, respectively.
