Lecture at the school festival of Kasukabe Kyoei Junior and Senior High School

On June 1, 2023, Professor Kumada of this research center gave a lecture titled “Jewelry that supports advanced technology” at the Touto Festival of Kasukabe Kyoei Junior and Senior High School. Since the main theme of this year’s school festival is “Jewelry ~ Shine! 2000 Personalities ~”, he introduced that diamonds are used in the manufacture of semiconductors and quartzs are applied to electronic devices.
