Mr. Kei Sato Wins Good Speaker Awards in the Presentation of Graduation Theses

Mr. Kei Sato won good speaker awards in the presentation of graduation theses of the department of electrical and electronic engineering held on Feb.16-17th, 2015. The title of graduation thesis is “Control of surface morphology and crystalline defects develops in strained Si/SiGe/Si(110) heterostructure”. He conducted crystal growth, device fabrication, structural and electrical characterization of this material system. He said, “I am honored to have been given this award. I’m grateful for every encouragement given to me during the research activity, and am willing to make efforts for further study”.
