9月25日(金)、7月23日(木)に投稿した”Effects of tilt angle of mirror-lamp system on shape of solid-liquid interface of silicon melt during floating zone growth using infrared convergent heating”と題した Md. Mukter Hossainらによる論文が論文誌Journal of Crystal Growthに受理されました。これは、綿打准教授が進めていた科学技術振興機構戦略的創造研究推進事業個人型研究(さきがけ)「太陽光と光電変換機能」領域の研究プロジェクトの成果の一部です。関係リンクは以下の通りです。
